Once upon a time….

 

Becta was once  the UK’s  government agency leading the national drive to ensure the effective and innovative use of technology throughout learning.  It was established in 1997 and closed in March 2011. Becta provided leadership to embed the effective use of technology and provided rigorous research to evaluate the impact of technology on the education and skills sector.

Their website www.becta.org.uk  no longer exists, except in archived form at

So, once upon a time they took issue with me in using the domain www.becta.org
